I'm not going uphill real well right now, and it's primarily because I drank my way into 5 extra pounds this winter that I can't get rid of. So, today I started my food log again. Writing down everything I eat and tracking all my calories is the only way I can ever seem to lose any weight.
Calories in. Calories out. Kate Moss, here I come. (Minus the coke and cigarettes and all that shit.)
