His eyes were dark from lack of sleep
Into his mind dark thoughts creep
The one he loved pushed him away
his friends didnt know he felt this way
Hed tell them each he cared so much
Hed hug them each with one last touch
Hed hurry home and write to his father
Hed say he knew he wasnt a bother
Hed tell him not to be sad, it was for the best
Hed tell him hed miss him and all the rest
Then hed open his phone for one last cry
hed text her I love you and Im sorry, goodbye
Then hed pick up this thing thatd stop the pain
Hed look outside as it started to rain
Hed say goodbye to the world, it was time to go
Hed pull back the lever and push the trigger slow
There was a loud bang and the deed was done
His eyes were empty, this world had won
When they found him theyd keep asking why
How could he do it, he was such a nice guy
The answer is clear, just look around
youll quickly find that he has been bound
He touched the lives of many they say
So in their heart hed always stay
Hed hope theyd forgive him for what was done
Hed hope his father new he had raised a good son
