My birthday, and an exam:
What a wild week. I have been studying super in-depth, but let me begin by thanking you for wishing me a happy birthday.
I spent the day studying, but I got a surprise party afterward, which was really nice. If I haven't said this before, I've been winterizing, which means my tummy has been consistently expanding because I've decided chocolate is great in the winter and I sit around studying all day for real not really exercising.
Then there was that birthday cake, which had a SUPER-GREAT DEEP CHOCOLATE FROZZZZTING!
Wholly shit that was good. Anyhow, Lesley made it with her parents. The night I turned twenty-six at midnight I went to her house and she wasn't there, but she was at her parents'.
She came back and I spent good cuddly time with her. Next day I got up, studied for hours, then had this surprise birthday party with wine and cake and I got to dance a lot, which was fun.
I think I did pretty well in my constitutional law exam. Three hours of handwriting, and then I went to lunch with a couple of friends and Lesley's parents, who were very nice and funny. They are good people. I like the mom, because she's good at making funny faces and doesn't talk ALLL of the time. The father's more of a story-teller.
I now understand Lesley a lot more. That's kind of neat too. We toss around the L-word all the time. I try for sex, and she says "I'm a lesbian!" ... No, the other one,... sorry.
