I went back to the gym last night...yeah got my fat ass in there...God...I feel sooo self conscious going in there...Like all eyes are upon ya. I hate changing in the lockerroom...Just seeing all that male nudity exposing your junk to others...just not that pleasing.
I'm so proud of you for going to the gym, it isn't easy. One thing I have learned though: most people at the gym are so self-involved (and the others are self-conscious) that they barely notice anyone else there. So proud of you!
