i don't even know why i'm updating. i really have nothing new to say. i think i'll tell you all the story of when my mum told me i look mentally retarded.

well last summer me and becksy and our mum were all sitting in the kitchen talking about what we were like when we were kids. mum said that when she was young, beck was so shy that her and dad used to worry that she was autistic. naturally i started laughing so beck said 'yeah, well when deb was younger i used to think she had down's syndrome'. and instead of repremanding her my mum went 'oh yes! because of her eyes!!'. so that was pretty mean. then a few days later me and mum were in the car and i asked her if she really thought i look like i have down's sydrome and she got all exasperated and said 'well maybe to a child!'. so that's my mum. she now denies ever saying it and tries to tell me i look like cher.
