damn....it's been a long ass time since i've updated my entry, so i figure i'll do it now, on sunday night when i'm bored and waiting for adult swim to come on. i found out the greatest thing the other day. apparently (according to my friend matt), 75% of males 18-24 that are awake to watch adult swim watch it. how cool is that? aquateen hunger force rocks my world. (and so does mc chris for that matter). anyway, the other day at work i was talking with my fellow employees about what our top 10 albums of the year so far would be, and so here's my list.

5)cursive-the ugly organ

honorable mention-the weakerthans, but since it isn't officially out yet, it doesn't count. the paint it black record is pretty badical as well.

and just in case you're wondering the discs i'm looking forward to the most are as follows: bouncing souls, outkast, thursday, andrew w.k., pretty girls make graves, the desert sessions 9 & 10, atmosphere, joe strummer, eagles of death metal, give up the ghost, coheed & cambria, kid dynamite, strike anywhere, the bronx, the distillers, boys night out, and a whole lot of others that i can't think of right now. rock the fuck on. this is a good year for music. now, this has absolutely nothing to do with music so don't think that it does, but i just noticed the new pirate smiley face and i have to use it, because as we all damn well know, pirates kick ass.
