weeeee its finally a long weekend off work for me! its almost 4 days long...woohoo!!!
so im staying at my moms this weekend and that means city living instead of farm living which is always good. here is my agenda:
FRIDAY - going to my friend jens place and laying around with drinks in the sun all day and hopefully getting a tan. then were going to a music festival that night in burlington.
SATURDAY - going to canadas wonderland (for those who dont know what it is, its an amusement park) that means lots of rides, lots of games and lots of junk food! hooray!!!
SUNDAY - going shopping with my mom and hopefully picking out a bathing suit, which god forbid anyone has to see me in. ive sure packed on the pounds in the last few months. i need to start working out again. but motivation, where art thou? Also, I have to go to more fabric stores. I've made my own clothes before so this isn't new for me but the materials I've picked just arent working. I need to make tons of skirts and little shirts...I have no summer clothes and well if I'm going to be in Hawaii, I'm going to need them! As well as a tan. I hate tans.
Paradise is worth it though.
I cannot express how happy about going there I am. Right now it is ALL that keeps a smile on my face, I swear it. Life is so beautiful right now just because I know I'm moving on to a better life. Or so I hope it works out that way. I told my mom today I was serious because she thought I was kidding when I told her before, which doesn't shock me. Really when anyone comes up and says I'm moving to Hawaii, you think they are just dreaming. But not this chick. So she had fricking tears in her eyes. It was kinda depressing, but expected. I'm sure I'll see more of that. Thats the only shitty part. My dad on the otherhand couldn't be prouder. He wished he did that when he was younger and said I should take the opportunities that come before me. So HOORAY!!!!!
At the beginning of Sept. It's just me, my suitcase full of clothes, my camera and a one way ticket to paradise.
