what the SHIT! aparently im being SUED!!!! from my old apartment!!
i am so confused i dont know what to think!
i called the chick to get my rent statements so i could do my taxes and she was like "well ill be sending a lot more then that" and i was like WTF!? so she said she is suing me for the way i left the apartment...now i have to wait to get the fax...
i dont know if she is talking about the mess i left behind or the way i left after 2 months of being there. pretty sure its not the mess because everyone leaves somewhat of a mess behind and besides they were assholes. its not like i damaged anything or whatev...
fuck...this is retarded. i didnt even sign a lease! i was bad because i gave them NO notice that i was leaving...its a long story...i paid first and last months rent and they gave me a key WITHOUT signing the lease...never called me about signing it or came to the apt for me to sign it within those 2 months...it was too expensive for me and a lot of shit was going wrong in the place, heaters didnt work, work guys coming in and out, bathtub didnt drain, toilet overflowed, locked out of the apt numerous times, changed the locks without telling me, didnt get to move in til 4 days into the month because it wasnt ready, no fridge or stove for the first weeks...so i was fed up and couldnt afford it so after what i paid for was up, i left. sure yeah i didnt give them notice but i dont need to give notice when im not on a frickin lease. we had no agreement...i paid first and last and i stayed for my first and last month...
i dont know what they can sue me for anyway...what the shit...i know nothing about the legalties of it all...fuckl!
