I can appreciate that you like winter... if you are referring to an Australian winter, or European winter, of if you are referring to a month or so of Canadian winter that you may have experienced while traveling... but to endure the long Canadian winter year after year with temperatures dropping to minus 25 celcius and staying there for a week only to be offset by several feet of snow piling up when the temperature does rise to minus 15 degrees ... I think you may want to rethink the whole, "winter is awesome" statement. maybe it's a nice change of pace, or a novelty for a short duration....
