a little bit of back story...I have this friend tim also known to VERY few as Baby Pork. we met when he was about 15 and I was 16 and we looked identical except for he's an inch taller. We're known in our group as "the russians". he's been a friend of high regard when he's around he's our group's vagabond and I'm our groups home mother I guess you could say. So when we get together it's always a good time with the russians. laughing, binge drinking, singing, some fighting sometimes. well back to the present him and I were headed to cheyenne to go to Earney Novemebrs for spikes to finish my bracers and he tells me "our lives are like a quinten tarintino movie". spawning my intrigue the scene was played out in all it's exageration like this:
"Two burly outlaws cruising the badlands, looking nowhere but forward. The gothic metal tunes of Ram-Zet blaring from the speakers as the car flies over the hills and down the highway".
I thought it was a good portrial, so after a little bit of debate we came up with this:
"the side view, through the windows, of us two not even glancing at each other just dead set on the road ahead. then a camera switch to the rear view mirror shot of the drivers eyes, not moving still and solid. then the camera lowers a bit and you see a cop car lights flashing clearing the top of a hill. this whole time all you hear is the music in the car. the the camera pulls up and out of the car quick and the music begins to fade out. as it pans up quickly you see my black "sunfire" racing a few paces ahead of a cop car and both of us about halfway down this hill we just cleared. on the back side of the hill behind us you see and entire force of like 80 cop cars and SUV's following, then the black helicopter flies past the camera and you hear it then the sirens begin to fade in. then just before the sirens become blaringly loud it's a quick zoom/shift back to the rear view mirror camera view and there you see the police force finally clear the hill and the sirens are painfully loud. then the camera moves up slightly to see the drivers eyes again and the sirens drop and it's that familiar "bullet time noise" that muffles and muddles the music and sirens together in an incoherent blur. the slow heart beat noise(maybe) then enter "the drivers narrative"...que the flashback." perfect...cut...that's a wrap for today!
lol...it was excellently put that morning, then a few miles up the road it was a scene from "SLC punk".
"now in Salt Lake City we were wierd, in Wyoming, affectionately called 'the cowboy state' we were f---in aliens!"
some old guy at the port of entry was giving me crap about me green hair and duster and giving us both crap for being burly and suspicious and on our way to cheyenne for spikes and bladed objects. eh...don't rightly care just thought it was a great addative to the mornings conversation. anyways...take care
