today i was back to work. no major problems with exception of a cell extraction that luckily did not happen. an inmate that is often a problem flooded his cell. so i had to get all suited up. luckily once we filled his cell with pepper spray he had enough and was cuffed and sent to the hole with out any more problems. went out to eat with my girl tonight. good food but i gotta slow down. i'm up to 226lbs. and have not been to the gym in 2 weeks. i'm going on a diet on monday i wanna get down to 210-215lbs. should'nt be that hard. well i am really tired. so to all-peace.
