Things at work are getting better, I have been put in charge (finally) of a small complement of people. But I feel almost caught in the middle...how can I be in charge if I'm still taking orders?! I know it's a middle management thing, I guess it doesn't matter who you are, you'll always have to answer to someone, right? whatever

I really do need to get back into checking my page and trying to make friends. It can be hard though, I'm so tired all of the time! I come home from work, collapse into a pile, and I'm OUT for the count! I know other people feel that way too, it's just a phase...right? frown

I just got back from DC today. What should have been a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive ended up taking almost 4 1/2 hours. Ridiculous. I am not happy about having to go back to work tomorrow...four day weekends kill me but I do love them.

This one is easy - he's a guy.

Most people have to rationalize what they really want against the moral foundation they've been brought up on. Sometimes this involves trying to convince themselves of what their concience is telling them by trying to convince somebody else. Add a little alcohol and this all goes away.
