I'm back. Not that anyone is an avid follower of my journal or anything, but I apologize for the absence. I was in Frisco then in Baltimore. Now I'm back although I'm going to NY in 2 days. Oh the rock and roll lifestyle.

If you want to play a cool place in baltimore, try the ottobar first. Then the royal. The sidebar is small but ok, the talking head is ok. try those places, they're probably the best places to play.

Please go see Roh Delikat at Great Scott this Sunday night. I will not be around as I am going to San Fransisco tomorrow, but YOU should definately be there. Best band in Boston!

I am so detached from everything. I just want to watch TV and be numb for days. Hopefully I get this thing going at Ryko, which will placate me for a little while anyway.
I finally wooed the band I really think has a future into letting me manage them. They will be my meal ticket I think. I'm psyched. This will really keep me busy since people actually like this band and there will be stuff to do. Not like my other band where I'm trying to create something out of thin air.

Yeah the place is pretty half-assed. I can't imagine it will last long. There is so much more cool shit they could be selling there. I did my part to help them out. I hope it works out for them. Boston has so few places like that, especially compared with other cities.
Things are moving along quite nicely with the new enterprise. I just wish I didn't hate my day job so much. A bunch of awesome shows though coming up this weekend so I have something to look forward to after I make it through 5 days of hell.
