I know most 'resolutions' start to fail miserably after 2 or 3 weeks but I feel that I need some vitally important changes this year! (before it's too late).
Firstly and most importantly, I need to overhaul my physical health situation big time...just seeing photos of myself recently is cringeworthy! I could lose 4 or 5 stone and still be deemed overweight! But I need to get on the right track and stay on it for the long haul.
I feel that resolving the above issue would have a direct impact on some mental things too. Confidence & social issues. There's nothing more I would like than to be able to go on dates/ask girls out but at present it's a scary thought because I have zero confidence. At the moment I can't get past the 'forever alone' attitude! :( ha
A few minor targets:
Start reading (I haven't finished a book in about 10 years!)
Bed early & wake early
Separate work & free time!

It's going to be difficult!!
