Last weekend i was at a horror convention - for the first time on the other side of the tables - running the Fangoria booth.
It was a small convention called Shock Stock in London Ontario. First time for the guys who ran it - very little turnout - but everyone who showed up had a blast. That goes for the Vendors, the guests, and the attendees.

I met a ton of people, did some of the best possible networking (more in a friend sense than a business sense) was surrounded by beautiful girls for three days .... I can't wait until next year.

I met some SG folks in person - one little darling even hung out at the booth (drawing the attention of a notorious girl collector in the booth behind us

The guests I got to spend a lot of time with were Linnea Quigley, Jon Miki Thor, Bill Zebub, Rocco, The cast of The Evil Dead (minus Bruce Campbell), Molly Dunsworth (Hobo With a Shotgun), Dyanne Thorne and Howard Maurer (Ilsa She-Wolf of the SS), and Robert Skipper (El Topo)....

I now have a complete cast signed Evil Dead - Book of the Dead (met Bruce Campbell a couple of years ago) and a ton of DVDs, t-shirts, etc.
More importantly though - i have a ton of new friends.
