I just saw Cold Mountain.

Jack Black playing the mandolin = HAWT!

kidding. Actually I was watching him play and I could totally tell he had no clue what he was doing. There would be tremelo sounds but he didn't even have a pick and you can't tremelo without a pick.

Another thing about that movie is that it is filled with so many really big stars that it can get kind of distracting. You really tell how fake everyone's accent is and I never liked Nicole Kidman anyways.

but other than that it was a pretty good movie. It made me kind of lonely though. All this lovey-dovey stuff about yearning for a long lost love to come back. And it's sad. It's pretty much just a big Harliquin romance novel.
