on OUR wedding date! June 18th 2005.
(for reasons that are hard to explain she has always wanted to get married on that date. We even had a deal after we broke up that if by that date we hadn't found anyone else then we would go ahead and marry each other)
It's ok. I know this guy she's got is a good one; way better than I would've been for her.
It's hard to explain how I feel about it--both a little sadness but a lot of happiness for her. In fact it's the only time I've ever been truely happy to see a friend get married.
And I told her about the Marines and she's totally supportive of it. She even wants to come to San Diego to see me graduate.
