Didn't work. I really hate being sick, but it especially sucks during the time of year when I most need $$$. I keep waiting for the gullible millionaires' convention to come into my work, but it hasn't happened yet. 
If you know anyone who's absurdly rich and fiscally irresponsible (two attributes that rarely go hand in hand), send them my way!
My neighbors like my Christmas lights.
They keep dropping by and telling me how festive it makes them feel. I even helped the lady downstairs put hers up. I'm sure that it was super smart to go outside in the cold while I'm sick. Oops. Don't feel too sorry for me, though. Tonight I'm sitting on my ass and drinking hot apple cider while I watch holiday DVDs. Not a bad life.
Know where I can get some fresh pomegranates? My grocer ran out at Thanksgiving and I've abandoned all hope of them being restocked.
Hope you are well. Keep warm and well rested! If you eat meat, this is the time of year to have lots of chicken soup. If you are vegetarian, I definitely recommend that you avoid the chicken soup.
