Supreme Headquarters Alien Defence Organization. From a brilliantly grim show made by those nice people who gave you 'Thunderbirds'. Because of this, UK TV networks showed it thinking that, as it had spacecraft and explosions, it was a kids' show. It so wasn't. The premise? Aliens coming to Earth to harvest organs from humans to stop their race from dying out. That's a kids'show, right? If you've never seen it, I urge you to watch it - the effects alone make it worth a watch, and even if you don't like that, the theme tune is damn funky.

That movie is one of my great guilty pleasures. A Disney film, but properly nasty in places. Oh, and V.I.N.CENT is an acronym for 'Vital Information Necessary CENTralized. He was voiced, rather archly, by Roddy McDowall.

My latest Funko 'Pop' figure. It's a corker. The very last movie that you could expect a toy from. How cool is he?

And no, it's not available in the shops, thank goodness.

That is nearly a pint of strawberry and blueberry infused gin, with tonic. Mos' refreshin'. The best part? Didn't have to pay for them. That's what having a birthday is all about. 😉
