Yeah, you got me. I'm addicted to collecting action figures, both old and new. The old ones are those that I couldn't get when they first came out, either due to scarcity or lack of money (both criteria cover the 'Black Hole' figures, which I have nearly got a complete set of now), and the new ones... just because, really. Sad but true. I do have a proper life, but these little guys still fascinate - and because a range of 3.75 inch figures of various horror film bastards would have been unthinkable nearly 40 years ago.

Just came through the post. An odd thing though: a character from a UK television show, made as a model by a British company, but only available in the UK as an import. How does that work? Whatever, it's a superb figure. Interestingly, it is strongly suggested that, in the few moments he was left alone after regenerating, the befuddled Doctor got into the TARDIS, and travelled to the un-named planet inhabited by the Sevateem and Tesh (where, some years later he would meet Leela), and there 'mend' the supercomputer Xoanon, imbuing it with his erratic brain patterns, and then leaving after several days, to return to U.N.I.T. HQ. mere minutes after leaving, and, still suffering post regeneration stress, emerging from the TARDIS to collapse on the floor again.
