Alright, LA: Been there, done that.
Actually, a really great time. I'll post some pics when I'm not so fried. But we hit the Farmer's Market, Santa Monica, the Chinese and Kodak Theaters, and Beverly Hills. Lunch of pastrami lox - mmmm-hmmmmm! No celebrities, but then, no earthquakes. The GF did kill her laptop, though, and had to buy a new one. Good thing we're, you know, near Silicon Valley, and not, you know, nothing, like we are at home.
Speaking of silicon, saw LOTS of cleavage, most of which looked like a fair faxilmilie of human flesh, and much of was on women clearly over 40. Which if you know me, you know that's just fine by me!
The friend's wedding was a lot of fun - at a horse ranch up in the mountains. Jewish wedding, lots to drink, and a great gay couple at our table. Who could ask for anything more from a trip to L.A.?
Except getting discovered or making pals with, say, Harrison Ford or Geena Davis. Maybe next time.

You are too funny, speaking of silicon... When we went to LA in High school, we never saw any stars. Then on our trip back my sister and I walked past Jerry Hall in the Texas airport. Go figure!
kisses
and glad you are home safely,
