So, the pipes burst in our finished former garage. frown

On the upside, we should get it remodeled for the cost of the insurance deductible.

On the downside, let's just say, "Merry Christmas kids! It's a recarpeted garage!"

the strange thing is that it's been in the same place fro maybe 10 years and it's hige (compared to what it used to be).
