I took my Language Proficiency test for my foreign language requirement this morning; I'd rescheduled it for today because my kids tested positive for COVID a couple weeks ago and we were quarantining last week, and forgot entirely that it was going to happen.
I raced through the whole thing and finished with 45 minutes to spare; I ended up with an "Advanced Low" score.
For context--the levels are Novice Low, Medium, & High; Intermediate Low, Medium, and High; Advanced Low, Medium, and High; and Superior.
Considering I haven't taken Spanish past high school, live in one of the whitest places in the States, and neither studied nor really focused on the test (as I had to teach in a few hours), that's pretty good.
Back to learning Portuguese and French!
