Twenty-five years ago today the world lost one of the most important musicians of the last century. Much will be said and such today, what with it being one of the all important anniversaries that end in 5 or 0.
R.I.P. John Lennon
And in other news, 24 years to the day (damn near the hour), another musician was killed. He, not being of the fame and import of the elder above, will be largely forgotten today. But, while many will be lining up at Strawberry Fields, possibly forever, I will be jamming out to killer riffs.
