@darklordsatan16 The session of 5th ed went very well. We had a lot of fun and, considering this was the first time any of us had played this edition (and the first time playing any kind of rpg for one of us), there wasn't a lot of time wasted looking up the rules during play. The character generation system gave our newbie a short half-orc with a keen fashion sense. His first ever combat roll? A critical hit with a great axe for shed loads of damage. You couldn't make it up. All in all, a really absorbing, hilarious few hours of gameplay. Combat was quick and reasonably fluid. Character interaction was great and encouraged. Really good stuff.

If you rank Roy above Hasek by those stats hen surely Brodeur must outrank Roy. He played more games, has more wins, same cup wins. No Con Smythe but that was stolen by Giguere in 2003. But those are mostly stats due to playing on stacked teams, Roy and Brodeur both had the benefit.

Hasek was behind the Iron Curtain and came to the NHL late. If you can win a Hart trophy over all those superstars of the 90s, it says something. But like you said we could argue forever. I'm cool with ranking it Hasek, Roy and then Brodeur. My guy is still top 3.
