It appears that I have an anger management problem... (among other things). I let my temper get the best of me and unfortunately I believe that I broke my wrist punching a steel door, (insert laughs). I don't know that for sure, but I'm a stubborn bastard and am not going to the doctors. I broke the same hand once before and it took me a month to get it checked out. Considering I have no health care I think I'll let it just heal on it's own or at least try to.
It beats the hundreds of dollars I would have spent on x-rays for something I know is broken. This time I only spent $18 on a hand wrap and removable cast. The only thing that sucks about it is that I won't be able to train for a while. Ugh, life goes on.
