I got my ass kicked today... well, kind of.
I started training (officially) in Shoot fighting. I went in for two sessions today, grappling and conditioning. The first one wasn't that bad, but the conditioning did me in. I'm in pretty bad shape. Although, if I keep this up I should be back at 155 in no time.
