Backstory: The clumsiness that is me fell down stairs at work about 7 years ago. As I am gracefully falling, instead of grabbing the hand rail to catch my balance, I see that I only have four stairs to go and quickly process that I should jump.
I proceed to land wrong and instantly think I have just broke my ankle as the pain was intense. I get up and find that I am able to put pressure on it albeit with a limp. I never go get.this chcecked out as the pain went away in about a weeks time.
Fast forward to 7 years later, i have been having a lot issues with this ankle and I am convinced that if I had not broke it, i am pretty sure that had to have some ligiment damage as it tends to be really tight at times.
Anyways, long story longer, I was walking to the kitchen and happened to slip and it transferred all of my weight to said messed up ankle and instant pain followed witb a burning sensation.
Yeah, I guess I will getting this checked out finally....
