I went to a job fair today. It wasn't exactly how I had pictured it, but I still got a lot of useful information. Also, it gave me a chance to hang out with Stanley.
Tomorrow I have an interview with a company called Paychex. Small companies outsource their payroll and HR tasks to them if they can't afford to have their own department. The job I'm going for is basically like a specialist who deals with a bunch of cases and deals with lots of regular clients. It sounds all grown up and real-worldy. Plus, it STARTS at over $15/hr and in a year can go up to almost $20. Not to mention they send trainees to New York for two weeks. And there's room to move up.
I hope I get it.
