Damn its been awhile since last journal entry. I believe i'm feeling like myself again.Sometimes , not very often-i get discouraged or get of track or something you know--but its all good now, Work was better today and yesterday.
I ate too much last night-fell asleep on the sofa-woke up feeling like my stomach was gonna pop.I was in misery until 2:30,thats when

Lately my life has been hectic. Luckily today I feel better
