Wow. I was denied access right before I left for work, and I like the result of the work. The site is a lot more fluid now.

So, my audition got moved to Sunday, and with great reward. I remembered that I do know a bassist for this band, and hopefully he likes what they do. Hopefully, though, I like what they do. Tommy is an excellent bass player. I was amazed when I played with his little "band" at his talents. I have a lot of hope for this band. I haven't heard their stuff, but they sent me an MP3 of a similar band from Phoenix. It sounds like good stuff.

My "team lead" at work took my off my normal project, and although I was a little aggravated by it at first, I like it, now. I got to do an EASY job today, sitting on my lazy butt. I hope it doesn't last long, though. I do like doing my normal job, a lot.

I am also going to ask a co-worker about some sidework. He has a side-business doing Sheet Metal work. I want to apprentice in Sheet Metal Fabrication. It seems like a lot of fun. I also want to ask him about helping me on a fashion endeavor I want to undertake. Hopefully, that can branch out into a semi-permanent career, or at least turn into a profitable hobby. Oh well, I'll see.
