My mum played a prank phone call on me at work today. What kind of world are we living in??

I need some advice people, please. I signed up for the parcel exchange thing, and i got partnered with Blyss (ohmygod how hot is Blyss) Now, what do i send her. I've been racking my brains, and i'm supposed to send something Irish. I can think of plenty o naff things, but no good ideas. So, here's where all your useful suggestions will come in handy.
