Find some Odwalla juice and get either Wellness or C Monster. The vitamin C content is wicked, and it seems to work for me.....

I usually find Odwalla stuff in the organic section of the grocery. If your store doesn't carry it, just pop some echinacea and vitamin C. That should keep any sickness at bay.
