My days are the same and boring as hell. Get up, train it into london, work (which consists of SG and myspace mainly), boring boredness,zzzzzz.

Yep, pretty damned good. I remember once going off alcohol for a month just to make sure I could do it without any problems (checking to see if I was addicted or just a sauce), and ended up not drinking anything for 6 weeks. My tolerance never did recover from that.
