I can't believe the city of Columbus is shutting down the Hudson Street Hooligans clubhouse. I've heard that they want building upgrades to be done that will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, which makes no sense considering the place is fairly new. What has happened that has lead the city to say this clubhouse is no longer up to code? The HSH clubhouse is the first MLS (Major League Soccer) bar/clubhouse built solely for an MLS supporters group. If anyone lives in the Columbus area and is a fan of soccer or just generally think local government likes to screw people, please come out to the clubhouse and support them tomorrow. It sounds like there will be a media rally at noon to try and get local support to prevent the city from permanently shutting down the club.

From a Sons of Ben member and a MLS season ticket holder, I wish you all the best! I hope you can all keep it open, or at least open in a newer, better location! Good Luck here, but I hope the U catches the Crew on the top of the table.

Speaking on point of the Crew, I am extremely impressed with where they are. I thought they would be okay and maybe get lucky to make the playoffs after all the moves, losing great veterans, and bringing in a lot of young players. I hope they can keep these wins going. Maybe see you in the East finals.
