U haz some srs video skillz!

You go girl. Getting fit and toning takes so much mental committment, at least for me. Of course, I'm just more of a lazy slug.

Pilates is wonderful for your "core"...I have Winsor Pilates but I fell off doing it...mainly cause the "easy" DVD was just to keep my back from hurting, and it hasn't hurt in a long long time. The "hard" DVD is ridiculously hard, and an hour long. It starts off with you standing, then you have to descend from a standing posture to sitting crosslegged on the floor without using your hands or arms...harder than you think!...then you do an hour of crazy hard Pilates, then the final exercise is sitting crosslegged on the floor, then ascending to a standing posture (damn near impossible.) I will probably attempt that one again, maybe just doing half the DVD at a time, because it makes you very strong and toned.
I would like to start working out Thursday if you're up for it. Yesterday was very bad for me cause of TOM.
I'm not trying to talk you out of tanning by any means, but I think you look good with pale skin. Not everyone does.

I always end up playing "Merry Xmas to Me" too. Not to sound ungrateful, I did get some great things and some practical things. I like buying gifts for people, and I put thought into it...I guess at this point I just have to enjoy giving and not expect the same in return. That's hard for a "dom" . But I'm really not mad about it, I just like the surprise and happiness on someone's face...like when my brother opened the Simpsons DVD set I got him, and when he & his wife saw the 8X10 portrait of Athena that we put in a nice frame for them.
...and then it's not like I mind shopping to get what I really want either.

I'm glad your relatives weren't truly upset with your niece's hair. They should have toned down their reactions though, especially after they gave you permission.

Yeah, we saw that trailer at the last movie we went to see. I can't remember what it was. Um, er, The Mist I think.

We do gotz da spiders here. It's because of the pasture and stuff behind us. I think those huge nasty black ones live by the horse farm fence and the crape myrtle trees. When we first moved in Mark caught one in a jar and showed it to me. I almost killed him with an axe. No, for realz.
And our house gets treated yearly by a dude. So we only get the occasional spider. Believe me, there would be a lot more if we didn't. But even one or two is too much for me.

You seriously have to watch the Italian Villa DVD. You can borrows it from us. I like it better than the tour dvd, this one's more like a movie. And Manko narrates it!

Whoa! Killer moon pics! I love the thorny branches in front of it. Doesn't seem wintry at all, more Halloweeny. Although I guess it could be Tim-Burton-style wintry.
I ordered my six samples from Black Phoenix. I ordered Blood, Blood Kiss, Snake Oil, Hell's Belle, Hollywood Babylon, and Wanda (dumb name, but it's the name of a dominatrix in a book by Sacher-Masoch. The scent description is: "deep red merlot with a faint hint of leather, sexual musk and body heat over crushed roses, violets, and myrtle.") I can't wait to smell these! I'll definitely let you take a whiff. Some that I'd think you'd like are Hollywood Babylon (strawberry and vanilla base) and Jailbait ("sticky pink bubblegum and orange and cherry lollipops smeared over a breath of heady womanly perfume") Haha!

I'm dying to see Sweeney Todd and I Am Legend, we'll probably see one of them this weekend.
That's a great idea to take your niece to see the Chipmunks movie, she'll probably like that. I have to confess, hearing the Chipmunks sing makes me giggle. It's like it tickles my eardrums or something. ESPECIALLY that christmas song they did. It makes me laugh so hard my tummy hurts.

Just reading the descriptions of the fragrances is so fun...and how can you not love a place that has fragrances called Whip and Blood Kiss? There's even a site that just has recommendations and reviews of that company...I think it's bpal.org.
