I'm on my way to play a festival, but if I can find a link for it, there's software available I heard of either from a geeky newsletter or the PC Users group here that recoves unsaved or deleted files fairly well. Usually as soon as something hits your HD it is there somewhere until you take further steps like system restore or something which will likely lose them forever. Don't use any cleaners right now and google "restore files software" or something. I'd maybe try a search on reputable site like downloads.com.
