no it never is a good combo. I've been experiencing that kind of thing since Nov. through January. It totally sucks, and it's never good for you. A better combo is a fuck you to the person causing it and live music. or just getting out of the house in general. Less time to dwell on things means more progress in moving on.

Hope things get better.

Sleep is an awkward thing. If I sleep too much I feel like crap. But I don't sleep a lot anyway so its a really hard balance to maintain. Hope your ok, Geoff Hugs!
