Wow. Can things get any better here?
A hot Japanese guy saw me in front of the train station today, so I smiled at him. So I am riding my bike home, and I've gone about 6 or 7 blocks when I hear "Sumimasen!" behind me (that would be "excuse me" in English). I stop my bike and turn around, and it is cute train station guy! He followed me the entire way, RUNNING. I thought that was damned impressive.
So we went for dessert at a nearby diner, and I gave him my number so he can call me later. I don't think much will come of it, since I'm only here for two more weeks, but it was fun and super flattering.
Tomorrow the guy my host mom is trying to set me up with is coming over to take me and my friend shopping, so I am surrounded by hot Japanese guys.
Tonight I am preparing for an evening of drunken karaoke with the other foreign students, most of which are from Germany. And you know how Germans get when they drink.

i only know how half-germans can get when they drink. thats why i never get drunk anymore.
