Yesterday I felt great. I got all this shit done, like dishes and laundry, and everything was good. Acupuncture is probably helping me. My acupuncturist said not to eat any fried or processed foods or any sugar, and I hadn't been, and it showed.
Today I woke up and notoriousDUG and I went to his dad's house, and after that we went to this diner-type place to eat. And I had cheese fries. The kind with the processed nacho cheese. And since fries are processed and fried to begin with, this was not good.
French fries are the devil. THE DEVIL!
We visited the comics store (it was not new comics day, due to Memorial Day, and we both felt slighted) then went back to Doug's and I fell asleep on his couch watching Cabin Boy, which is something that never would have happened otherwise, because Cabin Boy is awesome.
I AM BLAMING THE FRENCH FRIES.

I haven't really eaten any refined sugar for 6 years or so. The few instances which I did eat it, usually by accident, I got a headache and felt horrible. After you stay away from something for long enough your body notices it more. I have yet to go to a acupuncturist, I am going to have to try that.
