No that was not a nuclear explosion here in the west. I fave Jao some flowers today, she glowed and smiled. Her smile is great, she just got braces and when she smiles she looks like a 1958 Buick. I must digress, last week I took flowers into the waitress Sasha at the Thai place as a belated birthday gift. Jao saw the flowers and thought they might be for all the girls, but when I told her the were for Sasha I could see the disappoinment in her face. So I talked to the owner to see if it would be Ok to give Jao flowers. The reason I asked is she is 17, and her mother is the cook. The owner said that since they all knew me that it would be fine.
Jao was beyond happy, and then I found out why. It was the first time she has ever gotten flowers. I am glad I did it, she won't stop smiling for a week.
