Let's hope today gets better. At 6:30 someone called me on my emergency number, wrong number. I got to bed about 4 and was not in the mood for some drunk asking for his girlfriend.
Tonight I am going to have dinner at the Rio in the buffet. I like buffets because you can have a little of this and that. The Rio has the best selection in town, and the food is good. It makes most others look puny, I think it seats 600 or more. They have stations for Italian, Mexican, American, Barbeque, Fish, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Chinese and others and a desert island bigger than Gilligans. I will have some roast beef and other things but will stay on my Atkins, yes 6 weeks today. I am proud of myself, only cheated on a few items around my birthday and nothing since.

Yeah, I have definitely had some MRE's that were far better than this. Fortunately for me the store is selling some great instant soups made by Thai Kitchen. So I am managing something on really foul days. Like today...I often force myself to eat something. Today's real mystery was the Krab Quiche. I sat and played at the table with it.
