I am off to a dinner with a young lady and her roommate. I know them both and can't really decided which one I like better. Both of them were born outside the US, one in Thailand and one in South Africa. The got here around the same age and their being from divergent cultures is interesting to say the least.
I expect to have fun and that will be the nicest thing that has happened to me in years around the holidays, being with someone and just having fun. It will be an interesting evening and hopefully I will have a smile to last me thru the holidays.
