so, on saturday, i turned 21. my lovely sister, datsun, and my lovely SG buddy, melli came down to watch my performance and hit up the bars with me. i had my first drink in two and a half years, a lermon drop. i didn't plan on drinking [i smoke pot....not so much into the alcohol thing], but once the cherry was popped, i figured why not...

i got a free one-shot bottle of southern comfort from a nearby liquor store.


and then i proceeded to drink it, with my friend andrea, who was also celebrating her 21st birthday the same night.


and of course, no night would be complete without playing dranga with sweet dixie. [note: draga is drunk jenga; it's a drinking game developed by dixie + her housemates from last year. each wooden piece has a "dare" on it and as you pull them out you do the dares. it's always fun...



but don't worry, i haven't become a lush. i still maintain:




and now, i'm going to drive to southern california. my a cappella group is performing at UCLA in a big festival on saturday. it's gonna be sick; i'm gonna learn some new tricks from other beatboxers. i need to work on my record scratch sound. annnnnnyway, that's all.


happy birthday to me. i should have posted on the day of, so that i would have been able to see the little red sperm [er, balloon].
