This is kind of weird...but what I learned from being in a relationship with someone who just KNEW he was going to end up leaving anyway, i decided that what i'd do with people like that in the future would be: leave them first.
I konw a lot of people think it's naive to enter a relationship thinking it's going to be a permanent one. But I think unless you are in that way of thinking, you aren't really in the relationship at all.
