I think the perfect topic for my first blog post would be a quick get-to-know me. So here we have it:
Im a natural redhead and have the temperament to go with it. I love holidays, dancing, music, movies, Greys Anatomy, and lurking through stores I can't afford. I have a lot of opinions, and don't generally hesitate to share them. Don't wanna hear them? Don't ask! I'm a part-time optician, full-time mom and wife, a superhero boo-boo kisser, a laundry-folding queen, and a kitchen goddess (but not a short-order cook).
I suppose I could be considered what they call an addictive personality. Once I get into something, I get hooked! (I dont always stick with it for long periods of time, but I do a lot of it while I am!) Dying my hair is one of my long-term addictions that has stuck around. So, while I am a natural redhead, at any given time it could be any number of shades of red, or other colors that I feel gutsy about trying. My current hair color is my natural red on top, bright red/pink streaks, and jet black (now faded to kind of a really dark mahogany red) underneath.
I've applied to be a SuicideGirl, and have started the process, but haven't gotten a set done yet. Before I got a chance to do so, we found out that we were pregnant, and are currently about 16 weeks along. This is my second pregnancy, and I'm showing much sooner with this one than the last one, so I've put off getting the set taken just yet.
If you'd like to get to know anything else about me, I'm an open book, don't be afraid to ask!

I've done it all! I've had kids, I've married, I've been an exotic dancer, I've raced cars, I've wrecked cars, I've gone base jumping. I can climb a pole in six inch heels, I can do a lap dance like nobody's business, and I can change out your alternator faster than you can, I'll bet! I've done it all, and never broken a bone! That makes me the shit, haha.
