It doesn't instill confidence that I found an accounting error with my cell phone bill that the cell company can't explain. They are charging me the exact same tax three times for a plan that only has two lines. They can't explain why. I, the guy who is shitty with money, had to explain basic accounting to the manager so he could understand the problem. The manager is sending a letter up the line to get an answer.
