I just do not get it. I eat around 3-5 pounds of junk food a day. I do not exercise. I do not diet at all. At the beginning of the month I weighed 229. I now weigh 205. I am not complaining about losing the weight, I just want to know what the hell is going on. It makes no sense. If anyone can explain it, please share your wisdom.

i think that in the summer time most peoples metabolisms speed up, unless your me anyway, then it is just naturally dead, but then. i am not complaining about being fat, i don't know what it's like to be skinny, so why bitch about not being it you know? it would be cool to have the ability to lose weight, but i have other priorities in life....
