I just do not get it. I eat around 3-5 pounds of junk food a day. I do not exercise. I do not diet at all. At the beginning of the month I weighed 229. I now weigh 205. I am not complaining about losing the weight, I just want to know what the hell is going on. It makes no sense. If anyone can explain it, please share your wisdom.
