Fav TV show of all time has got to be the Simpsons, with Dragonball Z a close second.
My superpower of choice would be: the ability to transform psycho-spiritual energy into a material form and telekinetically move/mold this projection as desired within a certain range of my body. This would limit my ability somewhat since it runs on my chi, essentially. However, it would still allow one to do many extraordinary things.
Either that, or shapeshifting, for which I've always had a thing.
